Puls-R Battery Conditioners

Puls-R battery conditioners are designed for use on 12v lead acid, gel lead acid and AGM batteries. By continually re-newing the active material in the battery, the Puls-R will increase the life span and capacity  of your battery by at least 100%.

Easy to install by simply connecting the pre-assembled terminals directly to your battery.  When charging is started – either by engine, battery charger, shore power or generator – the Puls-R will ‘pulse’ the plates within the battery transforming lead sulphate crystallising on negative electrodes into lead and sulphuric acid, using Crystal Control Technology to promote the growth of fine lead dioxide crystals on positive electrodes -  mantaining a better functioning electrode and a reduction in the formation of larger lead sulphate crystals.

The result of this is the ability to charge your battery faster, replace your battery less often and even allows you to restore fully discharged batteries, in conjunction with a battery charger, into a working state again, providing there is no mechanical damage.

The Puls-R will also increase the capacity of your battery over time. During testing an un-treated battery dropped 66% of it’s capacity over 100 cycles, whereas a battery treated with the Puls-R only dropped 34%. Representing a significant increase in the discharge time, therefore reducing the amount of charging time required. A reduction in charging time offers the definite benefit of reducing diesel consumption, reducing engine and generator hours, engine and servicing costs and then there is potentially the added benefit of a better resale value if your boat is being sold with less engine hours.
