Paguro Siphon Break Kit. A siphon-break is required if the generator is to be located close to or below the waterline. If the level of the waterline (including when the boat heels over) is higher than the generator exhaust injection point, water can get into the exhaust system and flood the engine through the exhaust valve, when the engine is stopped. If you are not sure – it is best to fit a siphon-break. This Kit Contains:

• A self-cleaning bronze siphon-break device, dry-assembled with appropriate hose tails for the water hose

• Water hose extensions

• Generator to water hose adapters

• All hose clips
