Founded in 2013, JPC Direct is committed to providing honest and reliable product advice to both trade and retail customers. With roots dating back to 2000 as agents for Webasto and Sleipner (formally known as Side-Power), we’ve built a reputation for our friendly and efficient approach to customer service. As partners with some of the marine industry’s leading brands, we offer comprehensive sales, installation, servicing, and support for marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, refrigeration, and generators. At JPC Direct, our goal is to ensure every customer receives expert guidance and top-quality solutions for their marine needs.

We’re based on Riverside Estate, Brundall, nestled within the marine industry hub of Norfolk, the famous Norfolk Broads. We are ideally situated to provide hands-on help with your boat or marine equipment, so don’t hesitate to pop in if you need assistance or would like advice.

We believe in giving honest advice. When asking us for our opinion on products or help with deciding what’s best for your boat, we will never push something onto you that you don’t need. If we don’t stock what you require, then we’ll point you to someone else who does. Your satisfaction is our goal, and if that means sending you to a friend of JPC Direct, then we’ll always do what’s best for you.

Meet Tom, director of JPC Direct

I’m Tom, and I’ve been involved in the boat and marine equipment business for over twenty years. It started with a Saturday job helping to prepare Norfolk Broads hire boats sat in Moore and Co in Wroxham, then progressed to working full time on the day boat hire and winter maintenance of their fleet.

My next step was getting involved in the sister company of Moore and Co; JPC Limited – an East Coast agent for Webasto and Sleipner (formerly known as Side-Power) products. I learnt about the sales, service and installation of these products, and have been working with them ever since.

As my experience grew in the subsequent years, I eventually found myself managing the business. JPC Limited later moved to Brundall, and I continued to run this side of the business until August 2013. By then, the owners of JPC Limited were looking to move on, and in August of that year, I started operating JPC Direct Limited.

Here at JPC Direct, our aim is to provide you with only the best for your boat. To ensure this happens, our stock is made up of the biggest names in marine systems, including Webasto, Isotherm, Sleipner, and Fischer Panda. We’re experts in these manufacturers, having traded with many of them for over twenty years, ensuring strong relationships that work in our customers’ favour.
