Isotemp Heating Elements
On an Isotemp hot water tank, the heating element serves as an electrical component that converts electricity into heat, directly heating the water inside the tank. This immersion-type heating element is often designed to be positioned at the bottom of the tank to ensure all the water is heated evenly. It works in conjunction with a thermostat, which automatically turns the element on and off to maintain the water temperature at a set level.
