Our three-step servicing process

We want to make this process as painless as possible, which is why we keep things simple.
1. Send us your heater along with your name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the heater fault. If you’re local, you can either drop it at our workshop or arrange a collection for £15.
2. Once received, we’ll test your heater for the problem and then contact you with a quote, including the cost of parts and the fixed £60 labour charge. It’s then up to you if you’d like the servicing completed.
3. Once we’ve finished the service, we’ll contact you for payment. After that, we’ll have your heater returned via 24-hour courier. Job done.
